Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Sona Beauty only ships within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@sonabeauty.co with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sona Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
