At this time, Sona Beauty only ships within the United States, but we hope to expand internationally in the future.
Due to hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@sonabeauty.co with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for review.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Sona Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
